KIN Nutrition Dry Jan Pina Colada Mocktail Recipe
Serves 1 large glass, or 2 small glasses.
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
4 ice cubes
1 cup coconut milk
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 scoop KIN vegan coconut protein
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy
Serve with a sugar rimmed glass and a slice of pineapple for an extra special vegan protein mocktail. Add a pinch of sea salt to taste.
