KIN Nutrition Chocolate Protein Granola

Ingredients:

200g rolled oats (can use GF oats)⁠
100g of millet or buckwheat groats (rinsed in hot water)⁠
30g desiccated coconut⁠
2 scoops KIN Nutrition No Whey Dark Chocolate Protein Powder
3 tbs cacao powder⁠
100g total of seeds / chopped nuts of choice⁠
Large pinch of salt⁠
1 mashed banana⁠
3 tbs coconut oil⁠
4 tbs maple syrup⁠
Handful of coconut chips⁠
60g chopped dried dates⁠

Method:

1. Begin by preheating the oven to 180*C⁠
2. Next combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl apart from the coconut chips and dates which you’ll add at the end⁠
3. Melt the coconut oil then combine with the ripe mashed banana and maple syrup then thoroughly combine with the dry ingredients, spread over large baking tray and bake for 30-35 mins until crispy and golden and give it a mix half way through⁠
4. In the last 5 mins of baking add the coconut chips and once cooled mix in the chopped dates⁠

Enjoy with yoghurt, milk, on your porridge or simply as a snack!⁠
